Registration
The registration system is set to open on September 1st for both the author(s) and general participants:
You will have to opt for an invitation letter by providing all required information on the registration form in order to get the Invitation Letter, and please visit your regional China Embassy for information regarding Visa if you are required to obtain a visitor visa to attend PRICAI 2026 conference in Guangzhou, China.
Registration Fee
Please note:
- The USD amounts are for indication purposes only, converted at the unified rate of 1 USD = 6.78 CNY (rounded to 1 decimal).
- Your actual registration fee will be charged in Chinese Yuan (CNY).
- At least one author per accepted paper must register for the conference and present their paper. A single full registration (general) covers one paper. A single full registration (student) can be used to cover a paper only if the student is the first author or one of the first two co-first authors, and will be presenting the paper. Each registrant can cover at most one paper.
- All accepted papers must be registered by 25 Sep 2026 (AOE).
- No refunds (partial or full) will be given for all cancellation requests made after registration.
