PRICAI 2026 Student Scholarship Program

Program Overview

The PRICAI 2026 Organizing Committee is pleased to invite applications for the PRICAI 2026 Student Scholarship Program. The program aims to support eligible students in attending the conference, presenting their accepted work, and engaging with researchers and practitioners from around the world.

This year, the scholarship will be provided in the form of a registration fee waiver for successful applicants.

Important registration requirement: Every accepted paper must have at least one author complete full registration by 25 September 2026 (AOE). Papers without a completed full registration by this deadline will be excluded from the proceedings and will not be published.

Eligibility

  • Student status: The applicant must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate, master’s, or PhD student.
  • Accepted paper: The applicant must be associated with an accepted PRICAI 2026 paper and must present the paper at the conference.
  • Authorship requirement: The applicant must be the first author or one of the first two co-first authors of the paper.

Application Materials

Please combine all application materials into one PDF file. The first page may summarize the applicant’s basic information, including country, institution, name, Paper ID, and paper title.

Brief Curriculum VitaeA concise and up-to-date academic CV, no more than two pages.

Official Academic TranscriptAn official transcript issued by your institution.

Recommendation LetterA letter confirming your student status and contribution to the accepted paper. It should include the recommender’s name, affiliation, email address, and signature. If you do not have a formal academic advisor, especially as an undergraduate or sole-author applicant, the letter may be provided by a faculty member or another teacher from your school who is familiar with your situation.

Personal StatementA one-page statement explaining why you need the scholarship and how you meet the eligibility requirements.

Please check before submitting: Make sure the PDF contains all required items and that the Paper ID is correct. Incomplete or late applications may not be considered.

Scholarship Information

Selection and Notification

Applications will be reviewed by the PRICAI 2026 Student Scholarship Committee. Successful applicants will be notified by email on 17 September 2026.

Fee Waiver and Registration

  • Student scholarship applicants should not pay the registration fee before the scholarship results are announced.
  • Applicants who register and pay the registration fee before the scholarship results are announced will be regarded as having withdrawn from the scholarship application, and the registration fee will not be refunded.
  • Successful applicants will receive a registration fee waiver. When completing registration, scholarship recipients do not need to submit the registration fee or payment proof.
  • Scholarship recipients should upload a screenshot of the scholarship notification email instead. The organizing team will verify the recipient list.

Notes

  • All decisions made by the Student Scholarship Committee are final.
  • The review process will remain closed and confidential.
  • All accepted papers must still satisfy the full-registration requirement by 25 September 2026 (AOE). For scholarship recipients, the registration fee waiver will be used to satisfy the payment requirement after list verification.
  • Applicants who register and pay before the scholarship results are announced will be considered to have withdrawn their scholarship application, and the registration fee is non-refundable.
